Job Summary: The Social Media Team Lead will be reporting to the Head of Socials. He/she will be one of the pioneer members of the trailblazer team in the realm of online sports betting, committed to delivering unparalleled experiences to our users. He/she will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital presence.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of Instagram content/event, social media channels – Broadcast and responsive.
- Day-to-day responsibility for the company’s social media marketing team and Creators/Influencers support from content creation, copywriting, tracker updates, and coordination with partnered agencies (main point-person).
- Identify social media and creators' activations opportunities, monitoring their success and ROI.
- Work across the marketing and commercial team to ensure that all projects and campaigns partners rights are activated in a timely manner.
- Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital vertical.
- Work closely with the Head of Socials and Creators for performance marketing in integration of influencers and boosting posts support.
- Monitor competitor socials and creators to keep up with trends and best practices.
- Event day role: assist where required over event weekends and managing social media and creators.
Qualifications:
- Dynamic and tenacious social media marketer with an agile mindset.
- A recent marketing or other relevant university degree.
- Minimum two (2) years marketing experience, preferably within performance marketing, MCN management, influencers coordination, or social media marketing in a sports industry field.
- Proven knowledge and experience within B2C social media and influencer campaigns.
- Experienced working with third party social media and influencer marketing agency.
- Proficient in leveraging social performance indicators (KPIs) and pertinent metrics for informed decision-making, guaranteeing alignment of marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives
- Strong, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and google programs.
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate recent examples of successful digital marketing campaigns executed and provide details on how they quantified success.
- Previous experience of working in the sports industry is good to have.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
