Job Description - Software Developer

INVENSITY is a technology and innovation consulting company from Germany with a branch office in Manila. We are looking for a full-time Software Developer to expand our existing team in our BGC office. We are looking for innovative team players who can work independently and would like to face unexpected challenges and opportunities in the tech world.

Analyze customer needs and requirements
Work hand-in-hand with system designers
Implement and test solutions in an agile environment
Document and present your work
Develop new methods and find new ways

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or any related subject
Knowledge of at least one programming language, e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, Java
Experience with version control systems (e.g. git), unit testing and programming workflows
Motivated to find innovative technological solutions that address key challenges
Collaborative and enjoy solving problems with your team
Interested in participating in the growth of an international business
Driven towards operational excellence and continuous improvement
Able to communicate easily in English
Eager to learn
