Software Licensing Advisor
Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Software Licensing Advisor with Insight, you will be the subject matter expert in the realm of volume licensing, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft programs and products. The SLA will engage directly with clients and sales teams to gain an understanding of software licensing needs, present a variety of solutions, and resolve customer concerns. The SLA will create detailed cost-benefit analyses of available products and programs then craft solutions tailored to their clients’ needs. Working as a part of a cross-functional team including sales, operations, finance, and product management, the SLA provides best-in-class software licensing support for Insight’s clients. Effective communication skills, creativity, and a drive to learn continually are essential to success in this role.

As a Software Licensing Advisor you will get to:
- Function as a subject matter expert of Microsoft’s software licensing
- Present licensing information in emails, presentations, spreadsheets, and conference calls
- Develop and maintain expertise on Microsoft’s products, programs, competitors, and the industry overall
- Provide licensing support for transactional Microsoft licensing programs including Open Value, MPSA, and Select Plus

We are looking for a Software Licensing Advisor with:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) required
- Must have expertise in Microsoft solutions and volume licensing programs.
- Minimum 3 years providing direct support for Microsoft Volume Licensing sales and support lifecycle
- Ability to retain and utilize large amounts of licensing and process information
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
