Who You'll Be Working With: Technology & Operations team

You'll be responsible for the following:

• Manage a team of QA Engineers across projects.
• Plan, direct, and oversee all testing activities. 
• Engage with stakeholders to establish QA goals and ensure they are met. 
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and practices.
• Foster collaboration between the QA, development, and product teams.
• 7+ years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role. 
• Expertise in multiple test automation tools and frameworks. 
• Proven experience in leading QA efforts in an agile environment.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills. 
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
