About the Role:

We’re looking for a Software QA Lead to manage testers and test planners, coordinate with clients via the Bridge Software Engineer, and ensure top-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management of testers and test planners, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate and communicate with the client through the designated Bridge Software Engineer to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.

• With leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• With experience in QA operations or QA management is highly desirable.
