We are hiring a Senior QA Engineer who will lead quality efforts in complex projects. You will help mentor junior QAs, lead test strategy, and contribute to automation efforts and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

 • Design test strategies and plans for major features or releases.

 • Lead defect triage and quality risk assessments.

 • Review test cases and mentor junior QAs.

 • Ensure alignment with business and product expectations.

 • Lead testing efforts for features, modules, or releases with minimal supervision.

 • Guide and review test cases from junior/mid QAs.

 • Mentor team members in both manual and automation practices.

 • Collaborate with developers and product owners to shape test strategies and acceptance criteria.

 • 4–7 years of QA experience.

 • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

 • Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools.

 • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

 • Leadership and coaching mindset.

Nice to Have:

 • Experience onboarding and mentoring team members.

 • Ability to run QA retrospectives or contribute to process audits.

 • Leadership in QA initiatives (e.g., automation rollout, cross-team testing coordination).

 • Build and maintain automation frameworks.

 • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

 • Strong knowledge of test automation, API testing, performance and/or security testing.

 • BDD/TDD practices and frameworks like Cucumber.

 • Contribution to QA process improvements or playbooks.

 • Experience implementing automation using Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

 • Knowledge in setting up test frameworks and CI pipelines.

 • Bonus: experience in integrating tests with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
