Solution Engineer

RICOH is the market leader in business technology with offices throughout the Pacific Islands. We are looking for motivated and energetic staff for our Tonga office to learn how to provide site installations, repairs and technical support for our customer’s products, which include copiers, printers, scanners and imaging products.

Solution Engineer Objectives:

• To aggressively find new target customers


• To develop existing customers and increase our share of wallet by selling new services


• To retain existing customers by managing the customer relationship and ensuring our company provides service that WOWS in all our interactions with the customer
