What you'll do
- Collaborate with the account manager or sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored Coins.ph solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective customers.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-value propositions.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help shape product enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and solution architecture diagrams for clients.
- Assist in drafting proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution overviews.
- Stay up to date with Coins.ph’s product roadmap, industry trends, and competitors.
- Support the onboarding of new enterprise partners by coordinating with internal teams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role, preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital payments is a plus.
