Position Title:  Solutions Architect 

Job Summary: A Solution Architect is a professional who designs and implements technology solutions for organizations to meet their business needs.The primary role of a Solution Architect is to create a technical strategy that aligns with business goals, utilizing both hardware and software resources. Making sure that solutions are modular, re-useable, expandable, scalable, secure, and cost efficient. They work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure the solution meets the organization's needs and requirements.

Role Exposure: 

• Developing and presenting technical solutions that meet the organization's needs and align with the overall technology strategy.


• Identifying potential technical challenges or limitations that may arise during the solution development process and finding ways to mitigate them.


• Collaborating with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the solution that considers security, scalability, performance, and usability.


• Conducting research on emerging technologies and best practices to ensure that the organization is utilizing the most up-to-date and effective tools and techniques.


• Creating and maintaining documentation that outlines the technical architecture and design of the solution.


• Participating in the development process to ensure that the solution that is built in accordance with the architectural design.


• Translate business needs into technical solutions that are effective and efficient.


• Providing guidance and support to other team members, including developers and engineers, to ensure that they understand the technical aspects of the solution and can contribute effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion


• Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need


• Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users


• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency


• Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Mathematics


• 5+ years' of relevant experience


• Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area


• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills


• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Technical Experience 

• At least 5 years in Web and/or Mobile Development


• At least 5 years in API Development


• Familiar with Database Concepts and Data Modelling


• Has knowledge and experience in modular, microservices, and reusable compotent architecture


• Has at least 5 years of experience with web and mobile application development and API development integration 


• With actual hands-on experience in cloud services architecture, design, and implementation 


• With actual experience researching, desgining, and developing effective and usable technology solutions
