Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Solutions Designer.

In this role, you will design and document technology solutions that address complex business needs, acting as a strategic liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient, user-centric architectures.

What the role will entail

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective solution designs.
• Develop comprehensive design documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and integration specifications.
• Architect end-to-end technology solutions that align with organizational objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and security protocols.
• Partner with development, architecture, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solution designs.
• Champion scalability, maintainability, and user experience across all phases of solution delivery.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in designing business and technology solutions across diverse platforms and environments.
• Deep understanding of system integration, API architecture, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Proficient in modeling and diagramming tools such as BPMN, UML, Visio, and Lucidchart, with experience using collaborative platforms for cross-functional engagement.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
