Solutions Engineer (ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines)

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solution Design and Development:Develop and design customized data center solutions to meet customer requirements and business objectives. To ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

• Provisioning and Implementation: Assist in the end-to-end provisioning process, coordinating with internal teams and external

  vendors.To ensure timely and accurate provisioning of data center services.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support during the solution design and provisioning phases, troubleshooting and

  resolving issues. To ensure all solutions meet technical and operational requirements.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure requirements are met through effective solution design. To maintain high customer satisfaction and alignment with customer Expectations.

  Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all provisioning activities comply with industry standards and company processes . To maintain high standards of service delivery and mitigate risks.

  Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution design, provisioning processes, and

  technical specifications. To ensure accurate records and provide insights for continuous

  improvement.

Professional Background and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in data center solutioning, provisioning, or related fields.
• Experience in the technology, telecommunications, or data center industry is highly desirable.

Professional Qualifications & Training

• ITIL, Data Center Industry certifications, other IT Infrastructure trainings and certifications
• Knowledge and Skills
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, solution design, and provisioning processes.
•  Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
