Solutions Manager

The Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of core solutions, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable value to clients and aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role fosters cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on client-facing engagement to drive solution adoption success. The Solutions Manager will leverage their maritime procurement experience to enhance solution offerings and ensure industry-specific needs are met.

Responsible for guiding and supporting Solution Owners through the project sprint process when needed. The Solution Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring cross-functional alignment, sprint execution discipline, and timely delivery of product and process improvements. This role acts as a strategic back-up to Solution Owners, offering oversight, coaching, and hands-on assistance in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Professional certification in project management or relevant field is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution development, product management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Extensive experience in maritime procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of solution development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• In-depth understanding of maritime procurement practices and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
