Source to Pay Sr Associate - Invoice Solutions Management 

The Invoice Solutions Management (ISM) Senior Associate is responsible for managing queries, issues, and concerns from stakeholders, business partners, and users, with a deeper process and system understanding. This role includes training on business processes.

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ticket Handling:
•    Manage tickets and provide solutions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions.
•    Assign and handle ISM priorities daily.
•    Identify potential escalations and propose resolutions.
•    Provide guidance and training on assigned processes.
•    Build expertise in processes.

Reports:
•    Support 90-day cycle reporting.
•    Validate QC findings.
•    Prepare and maintain reports as needed.

Results:
•    Contribute to improved SNOW ratings.
•    Ensure timely handling of P1 and P2 tickets.
•    Expedite resolution of aging tickets (>10 days).
•    Minimize rejected cases and escalations.
•    Achieve high QC ratings.

Improvements:
•    Support continuous improvements and reduce escalations in collaboration with Ops, Suppliers, or LE.

WHO YOU ARE:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar.
•    2-3 years of experience in Source to Pay.
•    Participation in international projects or similar activities.
•    Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
•    Highly customer-oriented with a demonstrated teamwork spirit.
•    Ability to work under pressure with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Other Preferred Skills
•    Exposed to Global supplier operations. 
•    Good knowledge of SAP.
•    Familiarity with SmartPay is an advantage.
