The Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sourcing Lead to take ownership of high-impact sourcing campaigns, lead a team of sourcers or sourcing specialists, and build strong candidate pipelines for both volume and niche hiring needs. You will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel strategies, market mapping, talent engagement, and process optimization to ensure hiring success across multiple geographies and functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day sourcing operations and coach a team of sourcing specialists or coordinators
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, volume, and priority roles
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into targeted sourcing plans
- Build talent pipelines using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, social media, and talent communities)
- Manage sourcing KPIs such as reachouts, response rates, candidate conversions, and pipeline health
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to inform sourcing strategy
- Ensure sourcing workflows and data are updated and maintained accurately in ATS/CRM systems
- Champion best practices in outreach messaging, passive candidate engagement, and diversity sourcing
- Recommend sourcing tool upgrades, automation strategies, or workflow improvements
- Collaborate with employer branding and recruitment marketing to improve candidate engagement and visibility
What We Expect From You:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sourcing or talent research, ideally in a high-volume or regional setting
- Strong command of modern sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean/X-ray search)
- Experience mentoring or managing junior sourcers or sourcing admins
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (JazzHR, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.)
- Analytical and comfortable working with sourcing data and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling outreach messages
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working with cross-functional teams and shifting priorities
