Will be responsible in overseeing the success of the Talent Sourcing Team which includes, Brand Management, Marketing and Sourcing. This is position is responsible for the sourcing of agents via all available mediums.
Will be responsible for overseeing, conceptualizing, creating and executing branding, marketing and recruitment initiatives.
Analyzing results, trends and historical data to properly forecast cost initiatives, plans and promotions.
Oversee the day to day operations
Responsible for coaching and developing direct reports
Communicate with all business leaders as well as partners on a regular basis in addition to participating in internal as well as external meetings with clients, business leaders and partners.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least 2 years of Marketing or Events Management background and Online / Digital Media Marketing preferred
Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels
Flexibility in various work situations
Creative and innovative sourcing ideas
Strong email and oral communication skills
Analytical skills with Creative out of the box thinking process
Project management
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
Ability to plan, organize and schedule work flow to meet rigid project deadlines.
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Skilled in creating and presenting executive presentations.
Solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. Must be able to work independent of direct supervision.
