Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Sourcing Specialist with deep expertise in Digital Marketing to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of recruitment and marketing, with a passion for identifying top-tier talent and crafting compelling outreach campaigns. You will be instrumental in building pipelines for digital, creative, and marketing roles, while also leveraging your marketing acumen to enhance employer branding and sourcing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across digital platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche marketing forums, etc.).

• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for digital marketing, creative, and analytics roles.

• Utilize Boolean search, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to identify and engage passive talent.

• Collaborate with employer branding teams to design and launch recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to digital-native audiences.

• Apply social media, and content marketing principles to optimize candidate outreach.

• Analyze sourcing campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and tailor sourcing approaches.

• Provide market insights and talent availability reports to support strategic hiring decisions.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and relationship-building.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or Recruitment Marketer.

• Strong background in Digital Marketing, including SEO, paid search, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.

• Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, job boards, marketing automation platforms).

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize sourcing performance.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.

• Preferred:

  • Experience creating recruitment marketing content (ad copy, campaigns, landing pages).

  • Familiarity with programmatic job advertising or digital recruitment platforms.

  • Knowledge of employer branding best practices.
