The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for various positions within the company. This role involves utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, conducting thorough candidate searches, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The Sourcing Specialist works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a timely and effective recruitment process.
You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks: Candidate Sourcing
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to find potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement
- Reach out to passive candidates and provide information about job opportunities.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Maintain regular communication with potential candidates to keep them engaged.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
- Participate in strategy meetings and provide input on sourcing plans.
Database Management
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure all candidate interactions and communications are accurately recorded.
Employer Branding
- Promote the company as an employer of choice by sharing the organization's culture, values, and benefits.
- Represent the company at job fairs and career events.
Metrics and Reporting
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to the recruitment team and management on sourcing progress and challenges.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using ATS, CRM systems, and sourcing platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
