Sous Chef - In-room Dining

We are looking for a top-caliber, highly motivated, and passionate culinary professional to oversee the preparation and delivery of exceptional in-room dining experiences. The Room Service Chef is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency while ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality Room Service orders in accordance with hotel standards.


• Supervise daily Room Service kitchen operations, including food production, mise en place, and order coordination.


• Maintain food quality, presentation, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.


• Manage food costs, inventory levels, stocks, and minimize wastage.


• Train, coach, and supervise culinary team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

General Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of culinary experience in a hotel, restaurant, or Room Service operation, preferably as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.


• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.


• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.


• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
