Job Description - Spanish Bilingual CSR and Sales

About the job Spanish Bilingual Agent (Makati) | Onsite

Work schedule: Shifting Schedule, No Fixed Weekends Off

Work setup: 100% Onsite

Work location: Chino Roces Ave, Makati City

Fixed Start Date: March 16, 2026

Requirements:

50% Sales, 50% CSR
At least a Senior Highschool Graduate (new curriculum) or Highschool Graduate (old curriculum)
A2 or B1 Spanish Proficiency with an online or soft copy of certificate from the school or learning institution
At least 1 year of BPO experience as an outbound or inbound English-speaking CSR
Amenable to the work schedule, setup and location
Can start on March 16, 2026
