**Position Overview**
TASQ is looking for Spanish-speaking bilingual call center representatives who can work on-site in Taguig, starting May 12.
Please ensure your phone is available for the pre-screening interview, which will be conducted via phone call.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide customer support by addressing questions and concerns regarding financial products and services with understanding, utilizing various communication methods such as phone, text, chat, and video chat, in a dynamic environment.
- Work alongside the customer service team to complete moderately complex support tasks.
- Reduce risks by following all established policies and procedures and remaining informed about any updates.
- Encourage the use of digital services, including online statement delivery, electronic signatures, and other digital options as needed.
- Seek assistance from the customer service supervisor and escalate complex inquiries when necessary.
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Centers, or a related combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Completion of at least two years of college education.
- Over 2 years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
- International candidates must hold a valid work visa.
**Job Expectations:**
- Attendance for the entire mandatory training period is required.
- Willingness to work extra hours as needed.
- On-site presence at the designated location is essential.
- Flexibility regarding work schedules and arrangements is necessary.
