Spanish Financial BPO Team Leader

TASQ is hiring a team leader for their Spanish account.

Position: Spanish Team Leader (BGC)

Key Qualifications:

• Available for shifting schedules.
• Must be able to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
• Available to start immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in BPO/BPM.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least B2 level Spanish proficiency (CEFR or Berlitz).
• Previous team lead experience for Spanish-speaking voice agents.
• Over 2 years in leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage teams, including resource planning, career development, performance, and attrition.
• Coach and support team members to address knowledge, skill, and motivation gaps.
• Handle user/customer escalations, develop action plans, and ensure resolution.
• Implement and oversee internal and external governance.
• Keep the team updated on process changes and targets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor team members on improvement initiatives.
