Special Project Manager (Associate-Mid)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from scoping and planning to implementation and performance tracking.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare concise, data-driven updates and recommendations for leadership.
• New Vertical Development: Contribute to ideation, piloting, and scaling of new business lines within the company.

The Must Haves (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business development, or a high-growth tech/start-up environment.
• Proven track record of project ownership and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and synthesize insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to shifting priorities.
