We are working with a leading global information services company to recruit a Commercial Contract Support Specialist for their Manila-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing global operation where your work will directly support contract accuracy, timely renewals, and smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Enter contract data into Salesforce (SFDC) for quote creation, particularly for large-scale subscription deals
Manage new contracts, amendments, and renewals for strategic accounts
Track case progress to ensure smooth processing from quote to fulfillment
Partner with the sales team to address client questions on billing, products, cancellations, refunds, and account changes
Provide clear, timely updates and insights to the sales function
Participate in pipeline planning meetings and provide regular status reports
Contribute to process improvements within the contracts team
About You
Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 yearsâ experience in contract administration, commercial support, or sales operations
Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
Skilled at working in fast-paced, client-focused environments
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
Comfortable working night shifts and across global time zones
Contract Duration: 9 months
