• Supports the Workspace Manager in maintaining the overall appearance of the foodpanda office.
• Will serve as the company's Safety Officer, responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.
• Coordinates with the third party service providers for housekeeping, security, and building administration.
• Coordinates with the building administration for building permits (elevator, gate pass, visitors, working permits).
• Handles the office and pantry supplies inventory and coordinates with the Procurement team.
• Handles the creation of company ID, access badge and parking access for new hires, agency hires, and selected provincial employees.
• Supports budget monitoring and tracking expenses for the facilities team
• Assists onsite meetings (meals, logistics, etc)
• Handles the Corporate Fleet (car scheduling)

• 2–3 years of experience in HR or office & administration management
• Knowledge of safety compliance and willingness to serve as the company’s Safety Officer
• Available to work onsite three times per week
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about building a positive office culture and experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse personalities and organizational levels
