We are looking for a Service Manager - Sports & Recreation.

As a Service Manager - Sports & Recreation, we rely on you to:

• Be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, monitoring and maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of the Sports and Recreation department including all recreational facilities of the resort.


• Organize recreational activities for guests and not limited to team building activities


• Achieve maximum guest satisfaction and increasing revenues for the cost center 


• Ensure the general safety and security of guests and colleagues involved in the day to day Sports and Recreation activities in the resort

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier


• Loves interacting with guests from all backgrounds 


• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)


• Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group


• Enjoys coming up with best fit solutions 


• Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader


• Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented


• Has no fear of challenges
