About the Job:

We are looking for a SQL Specialist to join our client's technical support team and provide advanced support for cloud-based SaaS platforms. In this role, you will troubleshoot application issues, analyze backend data using SQL, and assist clients in resolving technical concerns. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure system reliability, deliver excellent support, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for cloud-based SaaS applications and platforms.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system-related issues.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and resolve backend concerns.
• Monitor, diagnose, and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support activities accurately.
• Assist clients with product-related inquiries and technical concerns.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain a strong understanding of SaaS products and platform functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or a related role.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on SQL experience.
• Strong experience supporting SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products or platforms.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
