Sr Associate Vice President - Fintech

We are seeking a Senior Associate Vice President - Fintech to join our dynamic team in Clark, Philippines. This pivotal leadership role will drive our fintech initiatives and shape the future of our organization in the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to advance our fintech offerings and market position
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fintech solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
• Oversee the development and implementation of fintech products and services
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization
• Collaborate with C-level executives to align fintech strategies with overall business objectives
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on fintech investments
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance our thought leadership position

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the fintech industry, with at least 8 years in senior management roles
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing fintech strategies
• Strong understanding of financial services, digital banking, and emerging technologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience managing headcount of 2000+ FTE
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in the fintech sector
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage change in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in building strategic partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
