Sr. Associate-Facilities - Facility & Property Management

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sr. Associate-Facilities to join our Facility & Property Management team in Cabanatuan City, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and cost-effective environment for our employees and visitors.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building systems and equipment performance
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality meets organizational standards
• Monitor and analyze facility-related expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate space planning and allocation to maximize facility utilization
• Implement and maintain facility management software systems to track work orders, assets, and maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and support business operations
• Develop and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and reporting
• Lead sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in facility or property management roles
• Proficiency in facility management software and property management systems
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety regulations, and energy management practices
• Proven track record of implementing cost-saving measures and process improvements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for budget management and reporting
• Experience in managing and motivating facility teams
• Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) are preferred
• Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability best practices in facility management
