As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Delivery Operations Manager to join our team in the Philippines. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in our delivery operations and contribute to our ongoing success.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in professional service delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in resource staffing, project operations, and data management. They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Resource Staffing: Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to assign employees to projects, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and alignment with project requirements.
2. Project Operations: Oversee the setup of projects in Certinia, our PSA (Professional Services Automation) platform, and reconcile them against Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Data Audits: Ensure the accurate and timely entry of all data from sales and delivery teams into Salesforce, our CRM system. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or missing data items, maintaining data integrity and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in delivery operations with a professional service organization, with a focus on resource staffing, project setup, and data management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as Certinia and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Experience within a Professional Services Delivery environment
