Job Description

Key Responsibilities

You will help comprehend technical and functional requirements, develop, QA, and implement business-driven requests and enhancements and software upgrades. You will provide support and maintenance of platforms owned by the team and prepare documentation of solutions. You will help the team create and

maintain acceptance criteria for user stories, help Business Analyst by giving suggestions from a quality assurance perspective regarding user experience, possible performance issues, and future bugs. You will work with a cross-functional team to identify risks, mitigating them where possible.

Primary Skills

Experience in Python 3.12 and SQL development (Batch jobs and analysis of data, Data Transformation, Reporting)

Experience in front end development using React (or Angular) would be regarded.

Demonstrable ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Docker / Linux experience

Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar) to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving. – Familiarity with leveraging AI for code generation, debugging, documentation, and test automation is highly regarded - 3 months experience

Nice to Have Skills

AWS experience and/or certification will be regarded – any cloud would be acceptable

Experience in Test Driven Development, Unit Testing and Test Automation would be highly regarded.

Brings high regard on Quality Assurance - experience in automating tests on UI and/or database and/or desktop domain applications desirable
