What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

• Structuring HK companies and international companies in a tax-efficient manner
• Reviewing HK finance, legal, and tax regulations to ensure the above
• Maintaining finance, accounting, cash flow, taxation, financing, fundraising, treasury, and other financial management functions
• Creating internal controls to mitigate risk
• Providing timely and accurate financial and management reporting
• Developing basic forecasting models for management to monitor the Company’s performance
• Provide support and strategic and business advice to the CEO and senior management including financial analysis and evaluation for strategic or business expansion options

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in accounting & financial management, financial analysis and compliance
• Experience working within the HK Administrative Region
• Experience working in the Real Estate / Construction Industry is desirable
• Practical experience in dealing with legal documents will be an advantage
• Professional qualification in ACCA/ HKICPA / CPA(Aust) / AICPA etc.
• Self-starter and able to take initiative
• Big 4 Accounting Firm experience is desirable, with subsequent relevant experience in financial accounting roles in industry
• Good analytical skills, capable of critically examining/analyze financial data with business sense
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within the deadline
• Excellent spoken and written English, Mandarin is a big plus
• Meticulous and well-organized with strong planning capability
• Top business and professional ethics is essential
• Within the proximity of Metro Manila (Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, etc.)
