Educational Requirement: College Graduate

Work Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years exposure as Sr. Group Lead
• Can't work on profiles that are training to become Sr. Group Leaders, needs to be someone who is already established in the post
• Expected to handle 4 team leads and clients are looking for someone with a voice account exposure (any LOB would do)
• Preferably someone who has a good background in the operational excellence and governance

Responsibilites:

• Leadership and Mentorship: Guiding, mentoring, and coaching team members and junior leaders, fostering a positive and high-performing culture, and providing feedback for professional development.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity, and driving performance towards achieving organizational objectives.
• Team Management and Performance: Delegating tasks effectively, monitoring team performance, managing budgets and expenditures, and ensuring product quality and adherence to standards.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating communication between teams, stakeholders, and upper management to ensure transparency and alignment, and promoting open communication and collaboration.
