Sr. Level Fullstack Developer

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Octal Philippines Inc., you will take on a key role in the design, development, and management of complex web applications. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding projects from conception through to deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior developers, driving innovations, and integrating modern technologies. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to deliver exceptional digital experiences to our clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fullstack development, with expertise in various frameworks and languages including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, and PHP
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience working with back-end technologies and databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Prior experience in an agile development setting is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
