Sr. Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CGS Procurement Senior Manager to lead the shared services procurement team of Citadel Group.
• The CGS Procurement Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services for Citadel Group ROHQ and its subsidiaries.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.
• This position will drive operational excellence, ongoing process improvement, and ensure quality and efficient service delivery, and a collaborative working environment between the shared service team and the clients (OpCos).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services for client OpCos.
• Manage and evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply planning to maintain optimal stock levels and influence the Opcos to appropriately develop such function if such is not yet existing.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance of every OpCo with CPL Group Procurement policies, and review the same vis-a-vis industry regulations, ethical standards, and internally driven process and control improvements necessary.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
