Meet the team: The Business Transformation Project Management team is comprised of diverse, collaborative and results-driven program and project managers. A key part of the Global Business Services function of Dexcom, the delivers value to customers and internal stakeholders through the delivery of programs and projects that support the execution of strategy at a global, regional or functional level. Where you come in: You will manage projects and initiatives of the Business Transformation team from initiation to completion. You will monitor the status of Business Transformation portfolio of programs, projects and initiatives, ensuring all key information are up to date and accurately reported. You will manage project benefit tracking process and ensure project benefits are accurately monitored and reported from benefits identification to validation. You will develop and maintain management reports related to team performance, productivity, and portfolio performance. You will provide support to the successful implementation of the in-house project manager development program. What makes you successful: You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You have experience in monitoring and maintaining portfolio performance of programs, projects and benefits. You have experience in tracking project benefits from identification, measurement, realization and validation. You possess knowledge of project management methodologies and approaches You exhibit interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence with demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset. You are comfortable with change and working in uncertain or ambiguous conditions. You are committed to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth. You are comfortable in using project management tools and software (Asana preferred).
