This role is pivotal in supporting large-scale digital health and IT transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare projects aimed at enhancing service delivery, operational efficiency, and information management. You will work within a dynamic team committed to making a difference in healthcare across a provincial ecosystem. This is a full-time remote role within Canada, offering the opportunity to lead impactful projects.
Accountabilities
- Plan and execute technology-enabled healthcare projects.
- Deliver projects that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage project budgets and performance tracking.
- Report to project steering committees.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend stakeholder actions.
- Lead network infrastructure deployments in healthcare environments.
- Develop comprehensive business cases and benefits realization frameworks.
- Oversee Microsoft Office 365 deployments in large organizations.
- Conduct security assessments for software systems.
Requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (mandatory)
- ITIL certification (mandatory)
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in developing project plans and budgets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and process analysis.
- Minimum 4 years managing network infrastructure in healthcare.
- Minimum 3 years in developing business cases and benefits frameworks.
- Minimum 2 years leading Microsoft Office 365 deployments.
- Minimum 2 years developing Privacy Impact Assessments.
- Minimum 2 years conducting security assessments.
