Job Description - Sr. Sales Admin Management Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is looking for a talented Senior Sales Admin Management Officer who will provide essential administrative support and coordination to the sales team and management—optimizing administrative processes and contributing to the achievement of sales goals and objectives within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange Department meetings.
  • Prepare the Director's travel documents and liquidation.
  • Prepare RFF and liquidation report for the Department's petty cash fund.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating department team activities.
  • Monitor government procurement opportunities at PhilGEPS.
  • Perform tasks during biddings including printing, photocopying, filing and organizing bidding documents.
  • Assist in client's post qualification inspection.
  • Prepare documentation for client proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation for big events.
  • Assisting with clients.
  • Providing basic product information to clients.
  • Coordinate transportation and meeting room/venue reservations.
  • Manage digital document signing through Dropbox Sign.
  • Schedule and manage Zoom meetings.
  • Integrating liquidations, reimbursements, and replenishments into NetSuite.
  • Participate and support company-wide events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related course
  • With practical experience in sales and management, and knowledge in bidding process and government procurement law
  • Preferably with certifications related to sales and management
