Application Support Analyst

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work 1 or 2 days in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

About the role

As an Application Support Analyst, you will provide level 2 technical support for SaaS and custom-built insurance applications, ensuring world-class customer service and technical expertise. We will count on you to:

• Handle customer requests and concerns, including user access issues and data errors.
• Support office conversions and assist with software upgrade testing.
• Provide support by following documented procedures and leveraging available tools.
• Escalate complex technical and business issues as necessary.
• Champion best practices in information security and access management.

What we’re looking for

• • Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
• • 3–4 years of experience in technical and application support
• • Experience supporting SaaS applications and business apps in production environments
• • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, O365, SharePoint) and CRM software (Dynamics, Salesforce)
