About the Role

As a Sr. Specialist, Learning Development and Delivery, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by delivering impactful training programs across multiple geographies and business segments. From new hire onboarding to continuous development initiatives, you’ll ensure our teams have the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.

This role requires expertise in both face-to-face and virtual instructor-led training (vILT). You’ll work closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and learning business partners to bring our learning strategies to life.

• Deliver engaging training in both in-person and virtual formats, creating inclusive and effective learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design concepts to maximize learner outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders and learning business partners to identify development needs and implement solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend curriculum adjustments to align with business objectives.
• Develop training materials such as job aids, presentations, guides, and assessments.
• Leverage technology including Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office to manage schedules, track outcomes, and report results.
• Incorporate industry trends into delivery strategies to keep learning fresh and relevant.
• Provide feedback and coaching to learners, peers, and instructional design teams, while embracing opportunities for your own professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training facilitation, customer service, or call center environments.
• Internal candidates must have held a B4, P1 or P2 role for at least one year prior to application.
• Background in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries preferred.
• Experience facilitating training in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Zoom and Teams for vILT delivery.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and evaluation methods.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Work arrangement: full onsite or hybrid, aligned with US business hours as required.
