Lead end-to-end ramp and bulk hiring initiatives across multiple roles and timelines
Drive hiring for Designers / Graphic Artists and other creative roles (experience in this area is a strong advantage)
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and creative communities
Manage high-volume candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Track hiring progress, provide regular updates, and ensure roles are closed within agreed SLAs
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, preferably in a senior capacity
Strong background in ramp or bulk hiring
Experience hiring Designers / Graphic Artists or other creative roles is a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
