Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nPRODUCT SUSTAINING FUNCTION (daily)\n\n\u00b7Conducts major preliminary product failure analysis using automated test equipment (ATE) and various applicable electronic bench equipment\n\n\u00b7Monitors test cell performance such as site-to-site variation, tester to tester performance, and retest recovery rate and provides preliminary containment actions or solutions to set-up issues\n\n\u00b7Performs manual verification of open/short (O/S), parametric, and functional rejects\n\n\u00b7Performs troubleshooting on major set-up issues\n\nYIELD / SEMI-FINISHED VARIANCE / TEST TIME IMPROVEMENT (as needed)\n\n\u00b7Assists in yield loss analysis using ATE debug tools, x-ray equipment, Galaxy STDF examinator, and electronic bench equipment\n\n\u00b7Assists in the execution of engineering evaluations and improvement projects\n\nREPORTS\n\n\u00b7Generates Hold reports (twice daily)\n\n\u00b7Generates shift report (daily)\n\n\u00b7Generates reliability tests report (as needed)\n\n \n\nTEST PROGRAM (TP) QUALIFICATION AND RELEASE (as needed)\n\n\u00b7Performs test program manual loading\n\n\u00b7Performs test program functionality test\n\n\u00b7Validates test data feedback compliance\n\n\u00b7Performs in test program trials\n\n\u00b7Performs minor troubleshooting on test program issues\n\nHOLD LOTS AND MAVERICK DISPOSITION (daily)\n\n\u00b7Executes hold disposition in reference to existing procedures such as out-of-control action plan (OCAP) and batch release tools\n\n\u00b7Executes additional instructions from TPE and Division\n\n\u00b7Updates test instructions results at MRB tool for Quality hold lots\n\n \n\nSAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, GOOD HOUSEKEEPING, AND SECURITY (daily) \u2013 Shift leaders as ERT members\n\n\u00b7Disseminates, explains, and complies with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping, and security in the area of responsibility so that applicable rules and regulations are understood and implemented\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Graduate of BS Industrial Technology or Engineering degree in the field of ME, ECE, Comp Eng\n * Willing to learn semiconductor product and its practices\n * Knowledge of Microsoft office applications\n * English business proficiency\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
