Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, general ledger, and GAAP accounting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and team members to meet accounting deadlines and quality standards.
• Handle assigned tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide administrative point-of-contact (POC) support as needed for coordination and documentation.

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong computer navigation and data management skills.
• High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to U.S. accounting processes or BPO experience is a plus.
