The StoP and Electrical Services Specialist shall be responsible for scaling up the Secondary to Primary Metering and Electrical Services solutions of Pi Energy and ensuring that the service and execution are excellent and at par with other providers. Their tasks include providing knowledge and expertise, overseeing the deal process of projects, and ensuring the projects’ smooth progress and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to the Commercial Business Development (CBD) Team to convert leads and close deals/projects

• Provide support to the CBD Team in business case preparations including identifying the advantage of our offer vs competition to enhance win rate

• Navigate proposals provided by Technical Service Group (from EPC partners) and streamline offer based on customer requirement using the comprehensive knowledge on StoP and electrical services

• Collaborate with other teams to track leads, submitted proposals, and project executions, and ensure seamless customer experience/journey

• Manage and collaborate with internal service providers on the requirements to submit for each project such as Design, Project Costing/Proposal, Contract, etc.

• Prepare and provide report to the management relating to the progress of each account/project  including key accounts and special projects

• Develop key strategies and improvements on arsenal marketability including how to position the arsenal vs competition

• Understand customer pain-points and provide tailor-fit solutions by having comprehensive knowledge of all company arsenals, enabling effective cross-selling and driving long-term customer stickiness.

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Expert on transformers, metering, and various electrical services (PMS, Thermal Scanning, PQA, Electrical System Analysis, and the like)

• Knowledgeable on Project Management

• Excellent quantitative and technical skills

• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurship and strategic/critical thinking skills

• Excellent customer relationship skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders

• Able to analyze the situation and make decisions/recommendations

• Able to understand Electrical Plan

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)

• 3-5 years working experience, preferably in Electrical Services

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
