Store Head - Sampaloc Manila Branch

• Supervising the store operations and delivery operations
• Decision-making when problems occurred.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Ensuring that SOP (Standard operating procedure) is being followed.
• Answering the inquiry of customers
• Doing Sales Report, Cashiers Report, COD Report, CSR Report & Marketing Expenses Report
• On-time sending of Time monitoring
• Training, supervising, and appraising staff; Measure Staff performance.
• Managing budgets through petty cash or handling revolving fund
• Maintaining statistical and financial records: Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff.
• Overseeing stock control. Must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock”.
• Responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the store.
• Preparing promotional materials and displays. Responsible for maintaining the overall image of the store. The merchandise must be sensibly displayed to catch the attention of customers immediately.
• Must ensure that the store meets the expectations of the customers and lives up to its predefined brand image.
• Ensure the security and safety of the store.
• Along with Sales Associate are responsible for planning, managing profit, and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports.
• Must ensure to reach Sales Monthly Quota

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
