Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Store Specialist / Cashier to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury timepieces and jewelry, enjoys working directly with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining the security of high-value merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the buying and selling of pre-owned watches and jewelry in a professional and knowledgeable manner

• Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable timepieces or jewelry based on customer preferences and needs

• Process sales transactions efficiently, including handling cash and electronic payments with precision

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and securely stored

• Deliver outstanding after-sales support and respond promptly to customer inquiries

• Adhere to store policies and procedures regarding the security, handling, and documentation of high-value items

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• High level of integrity and attention to detail

• Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Jewelry appraisal experience is an advantage but not required
