Job Description - Store Supervisor

Description

Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated
tasks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Receive complaints and resolved problems
Disseminate information from the Store Manager to employees and vice versa
Train new employees
Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and undertake
disciplinary actions if needed.
Ensure that all reports needed are submitted on time.
Always ensure good merchandise display.
Ensure that all memos are cascaded and implemented.
Ensure that all scheduled training online or face-to-face is attended by the staƯ.
Create a harmonious working environment
Coaching the staƯ and ensuring that all concerns and feedback are raised to the Store
Manager and resolved.
Ensure all inquiries in-store and online are attended quickly.
Create promotions for aging and current items continuously.
Preparing staƯ schedule and DTR.

Requirements

Bachelors' degree graduate of any IT related course
2-3 years of experience as Store Supervisor
With exposure in leading the team of Retail Store
Experience in selling IT Products
