About the Job

We are seeking a Strategic HR Director – US Healthcare to serve as a senior HR leader supporting our US healthcare operations (180+ employees across multiple states).

This is a highly strategic, US-facing role based in the Philippines, responsible for shaping workforce strategy, ensuring multi-state compliance, and partnering directly with US executive leadership. The role influences 90% US operations while overseeing and guiding an existing HR team handling day-to-day operations.

This position requires executive maturity, strong knowledge of US employment law, healthcare workforce expertise, and the ability to align people strategy with business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to US leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
  • Lead multi-state US employment law compliance and risk mitigation
  • Oversee HR governance related to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
  • Drive retention and engagement strategy for healthcare workforce (clinicians, support teams, operations staff)
  • Analyze and present workforce metrics (turnover, productivity, hiring velocity, cost impact) to executive leadership
  • Develop succession planning and leadership development frameworks
  • Provide strategic oversight to recruitment and HR operations teams
  • Lead employee relations matters requiring executive judgment and risk management
  • Strengthen HR systems, processes, and reporting for scale
  • Promote a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive culture

Requirements:

• • 10–15+ years progressive HR leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading US-based HR strategy in a multi-state environment
  • Strong knowledge of US employment law and healthcare workforce compliance
  • Experience partnering directly with C-suite or executive leadership
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring HR teams
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or multi-state service organizations preferred
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using workforce data to influence decisions
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (office-based)
