We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven manager to drive strategic alignment and financial performance across the MarTech portfolio. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking to optimize portfolio outcomes. The Manager will act as the key enabler for analyzing performance, driving efficiencies, and creating actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align objectives with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising technology and promo solutions landscapes, strong business management acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding targets, bridging financial management, strategic planning, and technical collaboration to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the multi-billion Peso AdTech and Promo Solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for AdTech and Promo Solutions portfolio performance, including KPI tracking, trend analysis, and optimization strategies.

• Collaborate with technical teams and product managers to align performance strategies, resource allocation, and market positioning for AdTech and Promo Solutions.

• Lead operating expense utilization initiatives for the portfolio, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

• Collaborate with the AdTech Analytics Team to design and to implement automated tools for real-time monitoring of portfolio performance, leveraging analytics solutions platforms.

• Spearhead predictive revenue forecasting and sensitivity analyses, incorporating price elasticity and dynamic pricing models for AdTech products.

• Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to ensure budgets align with strategic priorities and profitability strategies.

• Conduct regular reporting and analysis cycles, including weekly operational reviews, as well as monthly and quarterly strategic presentations, to provide actionable insights on portfolio performance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, analytics,  and operations.

• Lead the development of case studies and ad hoc analysis projects to uncover hidden revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in AdTech and Promo Solutions to position the portfolio for competitive advantage
