Role description: The purpose of the role is to support the implementation of continuous improvement projects, ensuring cross functional engagement, acceptance of changes and effective adoption of improved tooling or techniques to support building and maintenance of Project Management capabilities across the global business.

Role accountabilities:

Planning

• Identify stakeholders, prepare plans.


• Provide support for continuous improvement initiative deployment plans including preparation of guidance material, presentations and overviews of requirements and change impacts assessments.

Communication

• Prepare emails, progress updates and central repositories of information to stakeholder groups.


• Maintain central engagement platforms to share information and ensure reaction to queries and feedback to support deployment.

Monitoring and control

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific (smaller) projects or activities while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. 


• Monitoring and reporting on adoption and compliance of new ways of working to support benefits realization.


• Supporting delivery of MEPC+ building blocks as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The candidate should have experience in Project Delivery Management, knowledge of The Arcadis Way, basic understanding in project controls, Project finance, Change Management, scheduling- and risk management. Proficient in using Arcadis DtR (Deliver to Results) tools and systems. Further experience in training and workshop facilitation, and benefits management is also desirable.
