Strategy Fleet Lead - Special Projects, SPX Express

• Collaborate with Strategy, Opex, and Ops team on special projects/ new business for the team
• Evaluate, monitor, and overall supervise the special projects/ new business
• Ideate, execute, & track new initiatives to support the team
• Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external
• Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates.
• Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers.
• Provide market insights from the seller perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics.

Requirements:

• With at least 5 years of working experience in the Logistics or relevant industry 
• Strong Leadership and Time Management Skills
• Data-savvy; able to present & explain insights to stakeholders
• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
• Resourceful, adaptable, and teachable
